Harvesting from Nature
- Explore useful wild resources from forests to mountains, including berries, mushrooms, plants, and herbs.
- Learn how to use nature's bounty for food and medicine.
Practical Survival Techniques
- Assemble your own survival kit and test it under demanding Arctic wilderness conditions.
- Learn fire-making and master fundamental bushcraft skills.
Survival and Cooking in the Wild
- Gain hands-on experience harvesting and preparing food directly over a fire.
- Learn preservation methods and try fishing with nets during autumn and winter, as well as ice fishing on mountain lakes.
Traditional Skills and Indigenous Knowledge
- Meet Sámi people in Sápmi and gain insights into their culture and Arctic way of life.
